Winter Training

I spent about 5 days recovering from the state meet before going for a run again. I sure felt the aches and pains during that run, even though I stretched and warmed up more than usual. I just went for short, 3-mile runs, which was a nice introduction to my winter training. So my first week back, I ran about 9 miles total. Second week back, I started running with the team again, which was fun. My second-week total came to about 21 miles. The third week back was when I really started to run again.
